Is your Dad a fan of a Rum truffle? or a Whisky Truffle? or even a Cognac Truffle? Well this maybe the ultimate infulgent treat for him and maybe the rest of the family to share.

It takes 12 of our famous dark chocolate brownies to make the crust of this beautiful creation, with a pint of double cream and over a kilo of chocolate going into the brownies and ganache. Each brownie crust is filled with a layer of salted caramel, and then of layer of either Rum, Whisky or Cognac ganache.

Each tart will be made to order and os entirely for you or your recipient.
